Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of ERP solutions, identifying business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The ERP Sales Executive will focus on generating new business and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients for ERP software solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in businesses across various industries.
- Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of ERP solutions.
- Understand client requirements, offer tailored ERP solutions, and effectively position the product to address client needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that targets and quotas are consistently met.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and CRM updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on ERP or SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, processes, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zoho) for tracking and managing sales activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
