Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of ERP solutions, identifying business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The ERP Sales Executive will focus on generating new business and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients for ERP software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in businesses across various industries.
  • Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of ERP solutions.
  • Understand client requirements, offer tailored ERP solutions, and effectively position the product to address client needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that targets and quotas are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and CRM updates.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on ERP or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, processes, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zoho) for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
